The coffee table was broken, two of the 3 plastic chairs outside have been damaged. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make an enormous improvement to your deck. The house has so much potential it's unhappy to check out it getting run down. I Definitely loved the area, but when improvements are not made would not rent house once again.
